Please.. Please.. Please.. read the following before booking an appointment, as it ensures you get the best out of your experience here at The Gleaux Up Aesthetics.

First things first. Everyone MUST wear a mask.

Deposits

**Deposits for all services are $15 and displayed when booking.

 

All deposits paid goes towards your services.

​

Deposits paid are transferrable to appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled before 24 hours.

​

Cancellation/ No Show Policy:

Please make sure you cancel all appointments within 24 hours. Failure to cancel before then, will result in you losing that deposit.

To cancel or move your appointment:

 

FIRST:  Login like you did when you booked.

You will be able to reschedule AS LONG AS IT IS 24 HOURS BEFORE.

Cancelling an appointment is super simple, and there are no penalties if done within the proper time frame...... 24 hours!

​

Late Policy:

​

There will be a 10$ late fee if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment as this interferes with other appointments throughout the day.

 

After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and forefit your deposit. New deposit will be required before booking.
